Founded in 1984 by James Rotter, Allegiance Heating & Air Conditioning quickly earned a reputation for high-quality HVAC services. James's commitment to excellence laid a solid foundation, fostering a loyal clientele. In 2009, following James's sudden passing, his daughter Sarah faced the daunting task of steering the family business forward. With determination and vision, she embraced the challenge, ensuring that her father's legacy not only endured but flourished. 

Innovating for the Future

Under Sarah's leadership, Allegiance has experienced consistent growth over the past 15 years. Recognizing the importance of modernization, she spearheaded the creation of an updated office environment and implemented a technology-based scheduling app. By 2019, Allegiance had more than 3,500 clients in its database, the majority being repeat customers—a testament to the company's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
