In the midst of last weeks humidity and heat my air died. I noticed the outside unit wasn't moving at all. Having heard great things about Allegiance and using them once before I gave them a call. The owner Sarah gave me an appointment for the following morning. The tech, Daniel was very nice and professional. Within seconds he located the problem. Bad capacitor. He had the part with him and replaced it in minutes and I was back to nice cold air. And this was all before I had to go to work that morning. Talk about convenience! Daniel even took it upon himself to make sure I knew where my filter was and showed me how to replace it. Which thank goodness because it was dusty as all get out. It's so nice as a single woman homeowner to have someone you can trust. This is my second time using allegiance and I would recommend them to anyone.

Sarah and her team are truly the best in the business! Sarah and the Allegiance team put together an HVAC package that included everything I needed, and nothing I did not. I appreciated the fact that they gave me options, but did not try to upsell me all sorts of unnecessary add-ons. Not only did Daniel and Danny do a great job on the installation, but later, when I was having electrical issues, Daniel and Jesse came out right away to help me troubleshoot the problem. Even after they discovered that the problem was not related to my A/C unit, they still helped me figure out the best way to proceed. This is an all-around great company that really cares about their customers. I would highly recommend them to all those in need of HVAC services!

What an awesome company. I turned on my air conditioning at the beginning of the summer and found it was not cool. Had another company come out and they ran pressure tests and told me my Freon was gone. The cost to troubleshoot would be ove $900. And then the repair would be around 2k. They also told me it was most likely my condenser unit and that could run about 3k. I had met Sarah at a networking meeting and had read other great reviews online so I gave them a call. The tech, Danial, was great. troubleshot for way less than half and then orderd the part, replace it the next week and everything was fixed for less than the other company wanted for troubleshooting alone. I will always use Allegiance from now on. Thanks, Bill M.
